Provides a means for adding, editing, and viewing
information about people. People can be candidates, contacts at
client companies, other recruiters, references, friends ... anyone
you come in contact with.

information, employment history, education and skills, references

Companies
Provides a means for adding, editing, and viewing

to link to the company. The main Company form has multiple tabs

Job Orders

The Job Order form is for tracking job orders for
permanent or temporary placements, as well as for miscellaneous
projects such as marketing plans or special recruiting projects.
One place maintains a complete description of a search, including
full histories of interviews and follow-up calls. Job Order records
are instantly updated with resume, interview, and other activities
or calls. Skill, education, and compensation requirements for
the position opening can also be completely documented. The main
Job Order form has three tabs where you can add, view, or edit
job order related information. Activities are added, viewed, or
edited.

Daily Planner

Powerful Planner sorts and prioritizes all planned
calls and activities.
Calls and other activities can be initiated while in any other
part of the program. The activity form will be autofilled based
on what form you scheduled the activity from. For example, if
you schedule a call from the person form, the person's name is
automatically added to the activity description. If you have a
phone number selected, this is also added to the activity description.
Incomplete items are carried forward to the next day and shown
as overdue.

System Wide Features
A tab-style user interface allows effortless navigation to desired
information.
Since the application has been developed in MS Access and VBA,
it integrates well with MS Office. The training time as very short
for anyone that has worked with other Microsoft products.
Tables may be sorted a variety of ways by right clicking on desired
field and selecting the desired type of sort.
Multiple addresses are available.
Unlimited number of phone numbers.
The system database is a relational database with referential
integrity set between tables to maximize valid data and reduce
the potential for mistakes. The database may be upsized to SQL
Server at any time.

User Defined Tables
Validation tables contain your custom definition
of specializations, skill categories, skills, educational degrees
and certifications, etc... By using validation tables, you are
assured a more consistent result, since the system enforces what
you are allowed to enter. For example, in a typical system, you
may find entries such as BS Che, BS Chem, B.S. Chem., B.S. Chemistry.
All of these items are for the same major and degree, yet they
are input in many different ways. This makes it difficult to later
perform a search and get out all of the candidates with this degree.
Notice, that this example didn't include all of the ways that
this degree and major could have been misspelled. With this system,
you decide what you want this degree to be and the system enforces
the accuracy. Later if you decide to change how you want it displayed,
you just make one change in the master table, and all of the entries
are updated to reflect this change.
People and companies can be categorized to your specification.
The keyword database is easy to manage and completely customizable
for each installation. For example, you define your own keywords
consisting of products, processes, industries, skills, etc...
